Rates
$175 per session – 45 minutes
$250 Initial visit and evaluation – 90 minutes (required)
Insurance
Full fee will be expected at the time of counseling service. I am an out of network therapist provider and you can chose to call your insurance company to check your out of network benefits. I am however not responsible if they don’t provide any out of network therapy or counseling benefits.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy and counseling appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
